System Wrench along with optional torque controller shows tightening torque values, total and remaining number of bolts/nuts at group administration on the digital display as well as fastening result such as "Over NG", "OK", Lower NG" on the lamp indication which is reported by buzzer sound from the tool as well. With a printer connected, the system prints out group number, torque value, judged result in comparison with the preset torque value so that torque management over the fastening work can be achieved.

Features
Direct torque detection on the main shaft
Torque is directly detected by the strain gauge sensors put on the main shaft so that accurate tightening data can be obtained.
Automatic Shut-Off
The tool shuts off automatically at the preset torque value by means of optional solenoid valve.
Built-in Buzzer or LED Indication
The tool with an electronic buzzer reports the tightening result (torque OK/torque NG) and the completion of a group of tightening work to the operator. The tool is also available with 2-color LED lamps instead of buzzer. (Optional buzzer can be built in the torque controller.)
Adjustable Torque Output
Torque can be easily adjusted. (Remove the regulator cap at the side of the tool, tighten the adjustment bolt for higher torque and loosen it for lower torque by attached pin.)
Group Management
Total bolt quantity to be fastened as one group can be set in the controller. When all of the preset bolts are tightened, completion sign is transmitted by buzzer sounds from the tool and relay output from the controller.
Key Board Operation
Tightening torque value, bolt quantity, any change of parameter etc. can be made by key board operation as well as with your personal computer.
Management of Torque Data
Data such as tightening torque, work NO., over NG/under NG can be printed out by optional printer. Furthermore, the data can be managed by a personal computer through RS-232C output terminal.
Simultaneous Management of two tools (YETC-3A only)
2 tools ca be monitored at the same time.
Four tools can be connected (YETC-200 only)
One of the YETC-200 series controllers can monitor 4 tools. (However, those tools can not be used at the same time.) Please specify the type when you order, since the modification from single-tool type to four-tools type is not available.
